Role Summary
As the Global Talent Acquisition Excellence & Strategy Lead, you will be the strategic architect behind the transformation of our global recruiting operations. This role is responsible for designing and executing scalable, data-driven, and technology-enabled talent acquisition strategies that drive business performance. You will lead global initiatives to optimize systems, structure external partnerships, and build internal capabilities, ensuring our recruitment function is future-ready, efficient, and aligned with enterprise goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Transformation: Define and execute a global roadmap for recruitment excellence, aligned with business priorities. Act as a strategic advisor within the TA function and broader HR organization on talent acquisition performance, risks, and opportunities. Work closely with HR Talent leads and HR Analytics team.
- System Optimization & Technology Enablement: Drive global adoption and optimization of SuccessFactors (SF) Recruiting and other TA technologies (including roll out to SF to additional countries). Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new recruiting tools, Partner with to enhance sourcing, automation, and candidate experience. Ensure technology solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Operational Excellence & Process Innovation: Standardize and simplify recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring manager experience. Benchmark performance against industry standards and set aspirational targets (e.g., reducing time-to-fill etc.) Lead global process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain KPI dashboards to measure KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, diversity, offer acceptance rates). Ensure data integrity and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions, problem-solving, and investment cases.
- External Partnerships: Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and value delivery. Partner with procurement and legal to structure contracts that support agility and scalability. Understand the benefits of recruiter on demand and RPO service design and contribute to long term TA model design thinking.
- Capability Building & Enablement: Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and toolkits to upskill in-house recruiting teams and hiring managers.
Your Qualifications:
- Significant TA leadership experience in recruitment operations, RPO organizations, leading regional delivery teams.
- Designing solutions through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven success in leading transformation initiatives, implementing technology, and managing external partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in KPI development
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in matrixed orgs
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and change management
