Your mission:

  • If you are interested in coordinating infrastructure-related projects and handling daily operational tasks along with our partners, then this is your chance to apply! We are part of an IT department of a dynamic, innovative and rapidly growing international company, and are looking for motivated and talented engineers who like to be part of us. Your responsibilities will include the following and more:
  • Handle daily operational tasks along with our partners
  • Coordinate infrastructure-related projects in cooperation with our partners and colleagues
  • Monitor established Service Level Agreements


Your profile:

  • Profound knowledge in areas of 
    • Identity and Access Management Systems/ Identity Governance Systems, preferred Ping ID & One Identity
    • Microsoft Azure / O365
    • Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL
    • Certificate Services, Publishing Web Services 
    • VMWare
  • Ideally, you have at least 3-5 years of experience in Information Management, preferably in a Microsoft infrastructure environment within an international company
  • Our team works in both German and English. Therefore, English is required, German a plus.
  • You have high social competences and a joyful engagement to work and communicate with people and stakeholders from different cultures
  • You represent a high level of self-motivation, analytical skills, quick adaption and learning skills
  • Your working style is structured and well-coordinated


Our offer:

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited/limited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 34,131.30 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
