Role Summary:
You will be responsible for managing the supply and demand of corrugated packaging for eCommerce, ensuring steady availability, meeting service standards, and supporting expected business growth. Your responsibilities: 

  • Process customer forecasts and coordinate supply across all servicing Mondi plants according to contracted & agreed service levels.  
  • Ensure continuous supply by balancing stock levels & positions and machine capacities across all supplying Mondi plants.
  • Continuously maintain a holistic overview of the entire capacities & supply landscape of respective eCommerce corrugated solution plants.
  • Highlight future capacity constraints, bottlenecks or investment needs well in advance to ensure uninterrupted service and expected growth of business.
  • Proactively address issues to ensure swift resolutions, supporting customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Serve as a communication link between key customer operations at both central and local levels, supporting Mondi's local plants, central trading entity, and the international key account team.  
  • Assist with automating and digitalizing processes and reports.  

 

Our requirements:

  • ~3 years’ experience in supply chain management, demand forecasting, dealing with large client accounts
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance, supervision and attention
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills  
  • Advanced SAP R3 / S4HANA as well as order-to-cash (O2C) process skills
  • Willingness to travel up to ~25%
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; German and/or Polish language skills are an additional asset
  • University degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Supply Chain.
  • Location: preferably Vienna, Austria or any Mondi location within Europe
