Role Summary:
We are looking for a reliable student assistant to support structured document filling in a document library according to defined criteria. The role involves handling confidential documents and therefore requires a high level of accuracy, trustworthiness, and discretion. Strict compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and internal procedures is mandatory.
 
 
Your Tasks:
  • Review documents based on defined criteria
  • Upload and correctly file documents in the document library M-Files
  • Maintain metadata and categories
  • Ensure correct versioning and classification
  • Identify duplicates or incorrect fillings
  • Detect missing or inconsistent information and escalate if needed
  • Maintain consistency within the filling structure
 
 
Your Profile:
  • Basic document management knowledge
  • Organize and classify documents
  • Handle naming, metadata, versioning
  • Check completeness and accuracy
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency
  • Follow rules and classifications
  • Handle sensitive data confidentially
 
 
Our Offer:
  • Start: July 2026
  • Location: Group Office Vienna, Austria
  • Duration: 2 months
  • Extent: full-time, 38h/week
  • We offer a compensation of ~€ 1,600 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
