Your mission:
- Strengthen our IT SAP Kernel Team and grow as allrounder into the role of lead consultant, overseeing material management (MM) and extended warehouse management (eWM) support area for our Corrugated Solutions business.
- You are responsible for designing and managing SAP processes in the MM and eWM area and continuously develop them further.
- Collaborate with your team and business to develop new business solutions, optimize and support the existing features technically and roll them out further in our locations.
- Gain a high degree of business and IT knowledge while specializing in SAP ERP MM and eWM processes.
- Support the team in the technical integration within our core system landscape to 3rd parties, as well as internal applications like OMP (Shopfloor execution).
- Participate in ongoing SAP rollout projects by supporting project management activities, planning data migration and executing cutover tasks.
- Work closely with business counterparts, process owners and key users to design and shape innovative solutions.
- Build and expand your network of business peers, bringing your unique style to our collaborative environment.
- Receive comprehensive onboarding and participate in professional training to enhance your technical and soft skills.
- Explore opportunities in different workstreams and engage in non-ERP or cross-team IT initiatives.
Your profile:
- You should have over 5 years of experience in SAP consulting (MM, eWM) or as a responsible business key user in a purchasing/production/internal supply chain environment.
- You are eager to further develop the SAP landscape and possess deep expertise in the requirements, design and control options of purchasing and warehouse processes.
- We are looking for a candidate who has a fundamental understanding and genuine passion for lean and effective process designs around the manufacturing and internal logistics supply chain.
- You should have a solution-oriented and sustainable approach towards implementation.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a highly value-driven orientation are essential, along with a reliable hands-on mentality. You are comfortable with hands-on support and adept at resolving unexpected issues.
- A university degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field is advantageous, but we are also open to individual biographies such as higher technical schools and relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills at a professional level, with a mindset of transparency, fairness, and directness, are crucial.
- We seek someone who is solution and compromise-oriented, a team player with a confident and open personality, and the ability to lead tasks and small projects across hierarchical levels.
- Strong English language skills are required, and experience with SAP ERP internal logistics processes Material / Warehouse Management, and/or MES solutions is highly valued.
