Your mission:

  • Prepare and manage IT projects in the field of Digitalisation within Global HR – independent of modules and specific processes.
  • Ensure business requirements are efficiently translated into sustainable technical configuration – together with our HR/IT organisation and our implementation partners in projects and along the full platform lifecycle.
  • Take ownership for sustainable daily technical operations in the area of SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession Management and Recruiting.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external project partners in Group IT.
  • Act as the interface of Group IT in driving digital transformation within Mondi’s HR Processes.

 

Your profile:

  • You have a genuine passion in HR technology – and a value-oriented, sustainable approach towards its implementation.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, high service orientation, and a reliable, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.
  • You have 3+ experience in managing IT projects and/or managing HR processes from a technical perspective.
  • University degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field is an advantage. And we are open to individual biographies.
  • Excellent communication skills at a professional level.
  • A team player with a confident, open personality and the ability to lead project teams across hierarchical levels.
  • Strong English language skills; German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, IT systems, and IT processes.

  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
