Your Mission:

  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose social media strategy, creating business growth opportunities and content that resonates with our audiences. 
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging, brand tone, and visual identity, leveraging trends to enhance audience engagement.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building effective relationships with key stakeholders, to align social media efforts with broader communication and marketing strategies as well as to drive best practice management.
  • Inspire and guide content creators, building a network of social media advocates and upskilling colleagues on the benefits and opportunities that are available.

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Over 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms and best practices, including, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and effectively navigate a complex organisational structure.
  • Strong understanding of corporate communications and the ability to translate complex messages into engaging social media content.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences and platforms.
  • Skilled at using Canva to design eye-catching and professional graphics for social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and metrics, deriving insights for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns, including managing budgets, optimising performance, and targeting.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues on social media is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in German or other European languages are a plus.

  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week)
