We’re looking for a Senior Talent Program Manager to drive transformational talent programs that support our global People strategy. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the Global Talent & D&I team—leading key initiatives, ensuring excellence across projects, and enabling the growth of our people and leaders.
This is a strategic, high-impact role that combines program leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll report directly to the Global Talent & D&I Leader and act as a critical partner in embedding our purpose, values, and people transformation agenda across the business.
Your mission:
- Lead Global Talent Programs: Own and activate key programs, including our Mondi Values refresh—ensuring alignment through learning, communications, and HR process integration. Embed standardization and simplification principles across initiatives for scalability and impact.
- Drive D&I Impact: Lead initiatives focused on diverse talent, including global female leadership programs and supporting employee resource groups (ERGs). Ensure consistent frameworks across the group.
- Enhance HR Capability: Design and deliver HR transformation programs, particularly around change leadership and future-ready HR skills. Promote lean thinking in program design and implementation to maximise effectiveness and minimize complexity.
- Employee Listening: Create and manage our employee listening strategy, including surveys, insights, and activation calendars. Use structured, repeatable approaches to drive consistency and clarity in feedback loops.
- Future-Ready Leadership: Support the development of servant leadership capabilities globally to ensure our leaders are prepared for tomorrow. Build structured yet flexible pathways that support simplification and global relevance.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent, learning and leadership development roles with increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years leading a talent function
- Deep expertise in HR transformations with a strong track record in standardising and simplifying complex talent processes across regions or business units.
- Experience in leading talent experts and driving consistently, high-impact programming through lean and scalable methods.
- Experience working in an HR leadership role in a publicly listed company (PLC) ideally London-listed
- Conceptually strong, with the ability to translate strategy into structured, repeatable solutions
- Expertise in state-of-the-art employee listening software and programs, including survey design, data interpretation, and action planning
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity; proven ability to apply agile and lean methodologies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience, needed to effectively deliver a variety of learning and leadership programs to groups of leaders and experts
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and team-oriented culture
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills
- Sound knowledge of union/employee relations
Our offer:
- Type: Full-Time. Base salary based on experience and knowledge & annual bonus based on performance.

- Location: our offices in either Vienna, the UK or Poland
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
