Your mission

Lead the execution of Mondi Circular Product strategy in key end-markets and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
In partnership with Sales & Marketing, create unique selling propositions that differentiate Mondi´s more sustainable product solutions in the marketplace.
Drive the embedment of circularity and life cycle thinking into product development, business cases, and product positioning to ensure our innovation, capex and business strategy are aligned to Mondi´s sustainability aspirations.
Represent Mondi on trade associations and strategic value-chain initiatives with a view to advance non-competitive issues such as infrastructure development and design for recycling criteria.
Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability, both internally and in conversations with customers and other external stakeholders.

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international marketing or technical role, preferably within the Packaging industry, or related B2B/B2C industry (raw material suppliers, FMCG, retailers).
Solid foundation in sustainability and its operationalization in a multinational business setting
Deep understanding of market trends and needs of consumer goods and industrial customers
Strong handle on packaging material and converting technologies.
Excellent oral and written English language skills
Engaging personality with a can-do attitude.
Master’s degree in marketing, materials science, chemistry, or equivalent.

Duration: unlimited contract
Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
We offer a compensation package starting at € 65,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
