Your mission

  • Setting and implementing tools, processes, and methods to shape the future capabilities in terms of talent management, performance management, recruiting and learning and development for our workforce
  • Creating, defining, and setting up international people development guidelines, processes, and policies 
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure that learning opportunities and talent initiatives are shared across the organization
  • Being responsible for the roll-out and further development of our international talent management process
  • Bringing in your ideas and implementing trends of new ways of learning to enable constant, self-driven learning content ensuring that learning is engaging, fun and efficient
  • Participation in internal development centres 
  • Implementing and overseeing a talent management pool for our internal people development
  • Developing and implementing different learning strategies and programs

Your profile

  • 5+ years of professional expert experience in HR, ideally experience in people development of an international organisation
  • Knowledge of international HR and people development processes, tools, and trends 
  • Work experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, and comfortable communicating with a variety of employees and leaders at all levels
  • High interest in HR & Learning Trends and their implementation
  • Experience in a Learning Management System of advantage
  • Proficient with MS Office (including PowerPoint)

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start possible

  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract 
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 65.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
