Your mission:
- Team Leadership & Setup: Establish and lead a team of Key Account Managers in an international environment serving a worldwide customer base with a broad range of packaging papers.
- KA Management System: Design and implement a state-of-the-art Key Account Management structure, transferring regional sales responsibility into the KA framework to ensure customer satisfaction and clear internal communication.
- Business Growth: Manage part of the business segment turnover, increasing pocket share with existing key accounts in Europe and profitability in core markets.
- Change Management: Drive change processes within the KA team as part of the overall CB Sales transformation and further strengthen a multi-level sales approach.
- Customer Value: Integrate technical customer service tools and sustainability approaches into the KA management system to maximize customer success.
Your profile:
- Proven track record in designing and implementing tools for steering and managing KA business.
- Extensive experience in International Key Account Management within a commodity business, preferably in an international group.
- Exposure to oligopolistic markets (e.g., process industry).
- Turnover responsibility.
- Strong background in customer development (share of wallet) and managing organizational change.
- Strategic leadership: ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business and sales strategy.
- Team leadership: experience in setting up, leading, motivating, and developing KA teams; fostering engagement and high performance.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen: skilled in managing budgets, forecasts, profitability, and making data-driven decisions.
- Relationship management: proven ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels, internally and externally, and navigate complex customer organizations.
- Basic technical and operational knowledge of paper processes.
- High level of intercultural competence.
