Senior Consultant Supply Chain Excellence (f/m/x)

Your mission:

Lead projects and work streams in the area of Supply Chain within the multinational excellence team on Mondi group level.
Develop strategies to optimize the supply chain towards our customers/suppliers and implement them.
Identify and prioritise improvement levers across the E2E-value chain.
Understand complex business requirements and transform them to holistic supply chain solutions.
Communicate project results to stakeholders effectively.
Act as a successful change agent to support transformation efforts within our operations and towards our customers/suppliers.

Your profile:

4+ years of professional experience with focus on supply chain management (e.g., logistic, distribution, S&OP, IBP, warehouse management, procurement) and/or Supply Chain consulting
University degree in a technical or economic discipline, MBA as well as LEAN and Six Sigma certificates are considered a plus.
Passion for supply chain excellence, continuous learning, critical thinking, and good judgement
Proven project management skills and structured approach, excellent communication, and intercultural skills
Fluent in English, German or other languages considered a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 60%; Class B driving license is required.

Duration: unlimited contract
Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
We offer a compensation package starting at € 47.021 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills, and qualification.
