As a Sales Developer for our Protector Bags, you will sell paper-based packaging for bulky, delicate or irregularly shaped products. In this way you help our customers to pack quickly and well protected in order to work as cost-efficiently as possible. At the same time, you support the implementation of sustainability goals, e.g. when switching from plastic to paper packaging.

Your mission:

• You are responsible for the implementation of sales strategies, taking market and customer potential into account
• You open up new markets and expand our business through active market research and market presence
• You maintain, develop and build sustainable customer relationships
• You are the link between customers and production and provide solution-oriented support to our customers both technically and commercially
• You plan, coordinate and implement projects to acquire new customers and markets

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree
• You have a good technical understanding and ideally have knowledge of the paper and packaging industry
• You have the ability to drive processes into complex structures with your proactive way of working
• You can get yourself and others enthusiastic about new things and you are company and customer-oriented in your thoughts and actions
• You have a strong willingness to travel
• Language: English, Romanian or/and Polish
