Your mission:

  • be in close contact with the sales teams worldwide
  • extract data through relational databases or cloud platforms to create reports, dashboards and presentations to support the sales management
  • identify and extract primary and secondary data variables to answer business questions with a focus on sales
  • build advanced reports and dashboards
  • draw relevant conclusions from your findings and to translate them into actionable recommendations
  • create to the point and concise presentations
  • transform data into knowledge and improve the sales performance
  • be part of our digitization efforts and support the further improvement of our BI and CRM platforms


Your profile:

  • degree in economics, information technology or a similar course of study
  • 3+ years professional experience in analytics and data visualization is an asset, additional experience in sales controlling/sales is beneficial
  • deep knowledge of Excel & Power Point (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
  • basic skills in SAP / Business Warehouse as well as finance (esp. cost accounting)
  • business Object knowledge is an advantage
  • proactive approach, strong analytical skills and able to communicate through all levels of an organization
  • eager to drive things forward towards a common goal, highly structured and able to coordinate different workflows
  • available for business travel approximately up to 25%


Our offer:

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 32.556,58 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
