Your mission:

  • You will take over responsibility as Sales & Operations Planner for our Kraft Paper Business. The main tasks in this role are to ensure the daily information loop between central located S&OP managers, customer service and stakeholders in all mills. The biggest aim/challenge is to act as the bridge in daily order management between local customer service hubs and planning teams in the mills.
  • Daily Allocation Handling activities 
  • Daily Observation of Allocation and Production Situation
  • Daily Observation of order intake
  • Monthly support of S&OP Managers for Allocation Meeting preparation
  • Daily analyses of actual fast mover stock and allocation situation for dedicated MTS markets
  • Preparation of stocks for plannable events like Christmas, Annual Shuts, etc.
  • Constant observation of processes to address potential improvement areas to S&OP Managers
     

Your profile:

  • Relevant experience in a similar field
  • SAP and BW/BO Skills
  • Market knowledge would be of benefit
  • Communicative Team Worker, able to work with strict deadlines and attention to details
  • Enjoy administrative tasks
  • Self and time management skills as well as strong communication and analytical skills
  • Remain calm and controlled under pressure
  • Being pro-active, efficient and target orientated 

 

Our offer:

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierindustrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 45,745.42 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
