Your mission

  • Driving, controlling, and supporting the monthly sales reporting including the forecasting, order intake reporting and the annual budget process of the Business Segment Consumer Flexibles using tools such as SAP Business Objects & Business Warehouse (BW), Hyperion etc.
  • Supporting central & regional management as well as the sales organisation (~80 people) with comprehensive reports and analysis
  • Developing / updating databases, reports and analytical models
  • Taking over the ownership in our sales budget tool (integrated system solution)
  • Conducting trainings in our sales organisation to further empower them to use Business Objects reports independently 
  • Empowering non SAP integrated plants to load their data into BW and improve quality of data
  • Tracking of implementations of price increases and related margin recovery
  • Participating in projects supporting sales in its effectiveness


Your profile

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in finance/controlling preferably in an international environment
  • Educational background in business administration (with specialisation in controlling, finance or accounting)
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel), knowledge of SAP and/or Hyperion is considered beneficial
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels with a proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel (about 10%)


Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 40,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
