Your mission

  • Manage assigned end-market product portfolio for existing and new products across business segments in Flexible Packaging BU
  • Drive Product portfolio management and portfolio analysis to meet the business objectives related to MAP2030 targets
  • Ensure adequate product offering and value proposition, and propose modifications to product portfolio together with business segment counterparts in the assigned end market segments
  • Lead and support growth projects related to Business Segments and End markets in focus
  • Participate in end market customer meetings to understand the development of the assigned end markets
  • Responsibility for cross-segment profitability analysis and coordination with respective BS/BUs for end-to-end value view for projects - Lead business segment overarching business cases related to products
  • Host end-market portfolio review meetings for targeted end markets
  • Gather and compile input for mid- and long-term end-market product portfolio development from experts across units

 

Your profile

  • As a functional expert, you enjoy interacting with large variety of stakeholders, and you are curious and enjoy learning from your designated end market teams and functions across business segments.
  • Open and proactive character with a growth mind-set and a dynamic working style
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Product Portfolio Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills considering matrix organization
  • Excellent analytical skills for product portfolio data management
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneously priorities
  • Finance understanding
  • Initiate change and shape the business towards targets in the end market segments
  • Willingness to travelling up to 30%

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability
  • Location: Group office Vienna - Austria (EU - Schengen Area)
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 60,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
