Your mission

  • Full responsibility for the market segment lead role in Luxury packaging 
    •  Analyses and understands trends in the market segment, market size, competitors
    • Develops price positioning
    • Close collaboration with customer segment leads and development application engineer
  • Full responsibility for the performance of the paper category Tints and Offset and accountability for achieving portfolio objectives across 2 paper mills located in Austria and Slovakia
    • Continuously manages the respective product portfolio and develops portfolio strategy in line with market needs
    • Analyses competitive activities and trends in markets, customers, products, prices and channels
    • Actively manages and optimizes the category: monitoring of sales and profitability performance in close cooperation with mills and sales teams 
    • Manages product/brand communication: presentation, benefits and storytelling, mymondi
    • Aligns customer inquiries by aligning with mill in terms of specification, finishing/packaging and quality & cost requirements 
  • Manages projects with a wide variety and intensive collaboration within matrix organization; international colleagues in marketing, sales, customer project development, supply chain, product development and our mills, as well as  external partners like OEM’s and agencies to execute specific marketing plans 
  • Transfers product expertise and printing technology trainings with internal and external stakeholders 

 

Your profile

  • Min. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing product management in the graphical paper industry or packaging industry
  • Interest and affinity in packaging and creative design applications, experience in working with agencies or designers, packaging converters
  • Willingness to learn and certain technical interest
  • Self-confident and “hands-on” personality, who is used to work independently but who can equally work in teams across countries and cultures and enjoys working with production environment in the paper mill 
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to work on multiple projects
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit, analytical and strategic abilities
  • Driving for results, project management skills and ability to set the right priorities
  • Fluently in English and German
  • Willingness to travel within HQ and Austrian mill and internationally

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
