Your mission

  • In the context of our global request to pay automation project you will be supporting new solutions in the procurement area
  • Conduct gap-analysis in order to assess as is / to be status in regards to Purchasing process
  • Deployment of new standards, processes, in the context of Automatic Purchase order, Order Confirmation, Advanced shipping notes, Goods receipt and Dunning
  • Perform trainings and workshops in order to support the procurement organisations to meet business needs & growth
  • Support the company entities to identify continuous improvement potential for achieving their maximum automation rate
  • Understand people needs involved in the process and consider their concerns
  • Combine the knowledge of standardized global/local business requirements and system functionalities

 

Your profile

  • First experience in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Production is advantageous
  • Knowledge in SAP MM module advantageous
  • International work experience advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical or business administration field
  • Find the right balance between Global / SAP standard and exceptions asked from business
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-driving and motivated personality
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
  • Fluency in English, German/any other language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10-15%
  • Being able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment with people at all organizational levels and different departments

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 40.000 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
