Procurement Intelligence Intern (f/m/x)

Support the Procurement Intelligence Team with preparing procurement analytics and sourcing related activities, updating databases, as well as perform other activities and administrative tasks. You will be closely collaborating with Group Procurement categories, local procurement teams, suppliers and other internal stakeholders.

 

Your mission

  • provide spend, demand and supplier analysis to category team
  • recommend the appropriate e-sourcing strategy (RFx, e-auction) on both the system as well the process around it
  • Execute with highest level of quality and accuracy by benchmarking, collecting data, NDA handling, vendor analysis, awarding’s scenarios analysis, savings reporting 
  • Assist Category and Procurement Intelligence team in the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of regular reports incl. cost estimates, budgets and forecasts as well as supplier KPI and performance tracking 
  • Ready to seek and take advantage of ideas; learn internally/externally about best practices and templates to continuously improve processes and results 
  • work in close collaboration with Digital Procurement Reporting and Procurement Controlling team for further developments 

 

Your profile

  • Ongoing studies in a related field
  • Advanced user of MS Office (particularly Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of SAP MM module and procurement processes are advantageous
  • Excellent command of English; other languages would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
  • Collaborative and supportive team-player
  • Able to prioritize tasks, multi-tasking as well as a self-driven and motivated personality

  • Location: Group office Vienna
  • Duration:  6-12 months
  • Extent: part-time (30 hours) 
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 1.820 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
