Mission:

Support the Procurement Intelligence Team in preparing procurement analytics and supporting sourcing-related activities. You will contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of procurement databases, reporting, and digital tools, while also performing selected administrative and coordination tasks. You will work closely with Group Procurement category teams, local procurement teams, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and efficient procurement processes.

 

Profile:

 

  • Advanced user of MS Office (particularly Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of SAP MM module is advantageous
  • Excellent command of English; other languages would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
  • Collaborative and supportive team-player
  • Able to prioritize tasks, multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of procurement processed is advantageous
  • Self-driven and motivated personality

 

Terms:

 

  • Start date: June 1st, 2026., or September 1st, 2026.

  • Annual gross base salary EUR 18,420 for part time employment (20 hours)   

  • Duration 12 months depending on availability of the candidate, with probation period of 1 month
