Your mission

  • regular reports of purchasing details and perfomance rebate status
  • Timely and accurate calculating and reporting budget, outlook and flash pulp purchasing net prices
  • Calculating and preparing pulp purchasing and savings reports 
  • Invoice workflow of consultants invoices
  • Annual update of supplier and rebates and logistic costs for budget planning
  • Assistant to the Head of Pulp Sourcing 

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree in technical or business administration, Economics, Finance or similar
  • High analytical skills 
  • Ability to interpret business and market reports 
  • Excellent MS Office skills, above all in Excel (advanced level)
  • Basic Procurement knowledge  
  • Organisational skills and independent way of working
  • Knowledge of SAP and other Procurement/Finance tools is an advantage
  • Fluent English: other languages are an advantage

 

Our offer

  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 42.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
