Post Merger Integration Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission

  • Prepare & execute Post Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives for our business segment globally 
  • Lead international cross-functional & cross-hierarchical project teams within our business segment 
  • Support our business process owners to develop a well-structured approach to fasten the technical inclusion of new businesses into our network 
  • Be the key interface & coordinator to relevant Mondi Group functions during the PMI process 
     

Your profile

  • University degree in economics, finance or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (PMI) or a similar position, ideally within the flexible packing / manufacturing sector 
  • Independent team player with strong ability to decide, communicate, execute and connect people 
  • Extensive experience to manage international, multifunctional projects from idea to close out 
  • Open-minded, creative, while keeping an analytical mindset  
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% 
  • Fluency in English, any other language is considered an asset

  • Duration: unlimited contract  
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 50,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
