Personal Assistant to Group Head of Safety & Health (f/m/x)

Your mission:

  • Handle administrative tasks and paperwork. 
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including work agenda, flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with team members and other assistants to organise trainings, seminars, and events.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and errands or additional support to leaders as required.

 

Your profile: 

  • At least 2 years of experience providing administrative support to organizations and executives.
  • A team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills, time and priorities management and the ability to maintain a sense of humour even in pressure situations.
  • Outstanding skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • A genuine interest in administration, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and discretion.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.

  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 36.800 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills, and qualification.
