Your mission
- setting and implementing tools, processes and methods to shape the future capabilities in terms of talent management, performance management, recruiting and learning and development for our workforce
- creating, defining and setting up international people development guidelines, processes and policies
- maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure that learning opportunities and talent initiatives are shared across the organization
- being responsible for the roll-out and further development of our international talent management process
- bringing in your ideas and implementing trends of new ways of learning to enable constant, self-driven learning content ensuring that learning is engaging, fun and efficient
- participation in internal development centres
- implementing and overseeing a talent management pool for our internal people development
- developing and implementing different learning strategies and programs
Your profile
- knowledge of international HR and people development processes, tools and trends
- work experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- strong interpersonal and active listening skills, and comfortable communicating with a variety of employees and leaders at all levels
- high interest in HR & Learning Trends and their implementation
- experiences in a Learning Management System of advantage
- proficient with MS Office (including PowerPoint)
- more than 5 years of professional expert experience in HR, ideally experience in people development of an international organisation
- track record of building, implementing and measuring talent and learning programs on a global scale in a geographically spread organization
- strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
- understanding of diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace and different learning styles
Our offer
- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 45,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
