Your mission

  • Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will manage and grow the relation and business with existing and new regional and International Key Accounts, and also develop and grow new business applications for the Corrugated Solutions Segment
  • Develop new key accounts pipeline targeting new business in the regions  
  • Develop and implement the international Key Account strategy and sales growth targets
  • Lead the negotiation in the international and regional tenders, in close collaboration the regional management and sales teams
  • Negotiate the frame contracts and supply agreements for the international cooperation, and ensure full implementation with focus on fulfilment of target volumes and margins
  • Definition, planning and execution of Key Account product development and innovation activities together with the business segment’s product innovation team,
  • Definition, planning and execution of Key Account marketing activities together with the business segment’s marketing & communication team
  • Identify new markets and end-use applications to grow sales for the Corrugated solutions segment
  • Define and drive the new development initiatives to use corrugated solutions for replacement of other packaging materials 
  • Define targets for the new business development activities in the regions together with the regional Sales Directors
  • Lead the commercial initiatives to scale existing innovation solutions in the regions, in close collaboration with the regional sales teams

 

Your profile

  • Significant (5 years’) experience in successful sales and international / regional key accounts management role
  • Experience in dealing with FMCG/Retail/e-commerce companies in a multinational environment 
  • Experience in packaging in general and/or corrugated packaging
  • Previous experience in managing or coordinating teams will be valuable
  • University degree in business economics focused on Marketing and Sales or comparable relevant experience
  • Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are advantages
  • Affinity to new solution development and close understanding of sales, logistics, marketing and controlling processes
  • High degree of mobility and willingness to travel >50%
  • A leader with positive, energetic and agile personality 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical and commercial mind-set
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability
  • Location: Group office Vienna - Austria or in one of our plants in Central Europe
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 58,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
