Your mission
- This job is an exciting opportunity for you to join a diverse, ambitious, dynamic and global team of audit professionals across 4 locations. As an IT Auditor at MONDI you will provide assurance through objective analysis, data driven insights and advice on the key technology related risks across our wide range of Operating Companies.
- Your work domain will be diverse - from auditing large transformation, implementation and innovation programs (e.g. ERP deployments, S&OP, robotics or e-commerce initiatives) to more hard-core technology (e.g. network, hosting or cyber security) and anything in between, like operational IT processes (e.g. IT continuity and Access Management), business applications.
- You will be piloting this role within the Group Internal Audit department and will be the key contact with MONDI’s IT professionals.
- You will also often team-up with the broader Group Internal Audit community within MONDI to conduct integrated business audits.
- You will be responsible for developing, planning and performing audit programs within the realm of IT and OT.
- Further, you will collaborate with Group IT under the existing reliance framework. You will recommend practical improvements, to increase compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of processes and controls and mitigate risks.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
- CIA, CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP or equal qualifications are preferred, there is an expectation to become certified.
- Fluency in English and ability to express yourself both in writing as well as during interviews and presentations. Mastery of one additional language is preferred.
- Ability to take charge, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments and to navigate through ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in getting deeply involved in emerging initiatives like (advanced) data analytics, robotics, block-chain and ethical-hacking.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 % to MONDI’s operations worldwide.
Our offer

- Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 55.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
