Your mission:
- Support the Mondi Group Management in identifying and assessing risk areas
- Cooperate with a strong team and IA professionals on an international level
- Being in touch with the business includes following tasks:
- Determine and advice on the adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s systems of internal controls
- Reviewing the reliability and integrity of financial information
- Review the means of safeguarding assets
- Review the economical and efficient use of resources
- Sharing the best practise across the Mondi Europe Group to improve efficiency and internal control standards
- Develop the IA function and implementation of new procedures and scopes
Your profile:
- Work experience in Internal or External Audit, Business Consulting, Controlling or comparable functions
- Strong independent character with integrity and high ethical standards
- Leadership potential - able to work in teams, to define audit projects and to appropriately report to all levels of management
- Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen
- Strong social competences and able to communicate in different cultures
- Digital skills and experiences (Microsoft Excel, BI-Tools, Python/Machine Learning, SQL/data analysis) advantageous
- Fluent in English, Turkish cultural background and language skills (must)
- Readiness to travel (up to 50%)
Our offer:

- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time (flexible working options available), 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 41,595.96 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
