Role Summary
We are looking for an Intern - Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to support our teams across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain with an important data and content clean-up project within SharePoint.
Working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, you will help improve the organisation, consistency and usability of our shared content and folder structures. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience working across different business functions while contributing to a project that will help make our digital workplace cleaner, more reliable and easier to navigate.
Your Mission
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.
- Support teams in reviewing and cleaning their SharePoint folders and files.
- Help identify and remove outdated, duplicate or inconsistent content.
- Support teams in aligning with agreed folder structures and naming conventions.
- Track progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Identify broken links and inconsistencies and support their resolution.
- Help standardise folder structures and naming conventions across teams.
- Contribute to simple governance guidelines to help keep SharePoint clean and reliable over time.
Your Profile
- You are organised, structured and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to your work.
- You enjoy working with information, documents and digital tools.
- You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- You are able to work independently while also knowing when to ask questions or seek support.
- You have a practical mindset and enjoy bringing structure and consistency to processes.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage.

- We offer a compensation of minimum €2,000 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), depending on your experience, skills and qualifications.
