Industry Group Manager (f/m/x) - Functional Barrier Paper - Technical applications

Your mission:

Gather market data, including market trends and development, competition moves, and customer feedback, to inform sales and develop marketing strategies, e.g. in the field of technical packaging for screws / electronic parts
Additional screening of the market for additional potentials for Functional Barrier paper
Close collaboration with the plant network and central group functions (business intelligence, marketing, R&D,…)
Understanding the needs of the customers and their future development
Development of new business as well as new solutions together with the customer base

Your profile:

5+ years’ experience in account management, sales (packaging industry is a value add).
Very good command of written and spoken English; other language skills are an additional asset.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, managing active partnership relations.
Availability to travel up to 60%
