Your Mission:


This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Enterprise Infrastructure team within the IT department. We're dedicated to continuously optimizing our Identity and Access Management (1AM) operations, maximizing efficiency and increasing quality to meet key business goals. In this pivotal role, you will:

 

  • Maintain and develop 1AM systems and processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve security, compliance, and operational KPls.
  • Work closely with the respective Development/Project teams for Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of 1AM initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage the creation, implementation, and maintenance of access policies, user roles, and permissions,
  • meticulously ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyse access patterns, security incidents, and compliance metrics, including analytics and monitoring, generating actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies in 1AM and cybersecurity, consistently enhancing and evolving the 1AM strategy.
  • Effectively manage external vendors and service providers, fostering successful partnerships while minimizing operational costs.
  • Ensure 1AM systems and processes adhere to accessibility standards and regulatory requirements, making them inclusive and compliant for diverse users.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Proven track record with over 5 years' experience in successfully managing 1AM operations or developing/integrating 1AM solutions in projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of effective 1AM strategies and best practices.
  • Extensive experience utilizing 1AM platforms and tools, preferably with a focus on solutions like Ping Identity, One Identity, or EntralD.
  • Expertise in security analytics, log analysis, and !AM-specific monitoring tools, ensuring robust oversight of access and security events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Strong project management skills, proficiently prioritizing and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing highly successful 1AM strategies, showcasing your ability to enhance security and operational efficiency.
  • Passionate about staying abreast of the latest 1AM technologies, security trends, and compliance requirements, consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
