Your mission

  • Responsibility for increasing sales force effectiveness by enhancing the existing sales operation tools/processes (e.g. CRM, BW) and developing new tools, for further developing and maintaining standard sales reports and establishing sales controlling
  • Responsibility for the sales budget process and for oversight of identified international initiatives and local market initiatives - runs and supports local as well as group-wide sales projects
  • Defines sales KPI’s for sales steering and develops/shares good commercial practices across the organization
  • Play an analytical role, where to be responsible for sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness, and reporting of sales performance
  • Be a leading strategic role in the sales operations department
  • Provide smart consumer research and industry specific information as well as prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually pipeline reports 
  • Enhance the manner in which data is collected and reported within the sales department
  • Identify market trends and tracks key competitors and on a regular basis, conducting competitive and SWOT analyses 

 

Your profile

  • 7+ years demonstrated commercial operations experience (sales, marketing) or consulting background.
  • Master’s degree (Phd preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or any other business related field.
  • Excellence use of Microsoft Office and to be able to create visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for the management
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for the insights that result from those analyses
  • Knowledge of relevant applications, value chains and factors determining product needs, key buying factors and value drivers
  • Superior business sense and commercial/strategic understanding
  • Financial literacy - Financial knowledge for P&L and margin/price decision-making
  • Consumer-oriented teamplayer, self-motivated person who has the ability to maintain composure in stressful and uncertain situations
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification
