Your mission

  • Bringing people development and people rotations to a next level and support in building up strong talent management processes, ensuring robust succession pipelines and defining targeted up strong talent management processes, ensuring succession pipelines and defining targeted trainings and development plans
  • Identifying and driving targeted Employer Branding initiatives to position Mondi as attractive employer and contributing to a more diverse workforce
  • Steering and leading recruiting and onboarding processes of senior managers and selected critical positions 
  • Identifying and driving meaningful HR related synergies and cost saving initiatives
  • Driving and coordinating business unit specific HR projects and participating in Group HR projects
  • Identifying the opportunities for growth within the HR function
  • Planning HR projects, including timelines, budget, resources and milestones
  • Facilitating best-practice exchange among plants and mill


Your profile

  • Deep understanding of all aspects of HR and proven track record in generalist HR experience covering different parts of HR, plant HR experience of advantage
  • Recognised project management skills 
  • Open-minded person with proven leadership ability
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and agile personality in thinking and attitude - willing to shape a newly created role
  • Excellent consultancy, coaching and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural team environments and in a matrix environment
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented mentality, balanced with strong delivery focus
  • Fluent in German and English, Czech language is beneficial
  • High degree of mobility and willingness to travel to our Polish plants (approx. 50 %)
