Your mission

As passionate HR all-rounder you 

  • Support the business unit (BU) management team in achieving their people related business priorities 
  • Act as main contact person for the BU senior management team during the maternity leave of the HR Business Partner Corrugated Packaging
  • Advise the BU management team on topics across the entire HR value-chain and take on operational activities 
  • Facilitate and further expand targeted BU-wide people development initiatives to increase the visibility of talents and to foster more people rotations 
  • Lead and drive the implementation of HR projects within the BU
  • Support and drive the BU-wide implementation of Mondi HR processes together with the wider HR organisation (countries/regions) 
  • Keep track of critical topics, consult with colleagues from the Centers of Excellence and steer the follow up process
  • Prepare documents, presentations, dashboards and data extracts 
  • Collaborate with other HR functions on Group, country and regional level to constantly improve HR practices

 

Your profile

  • Proven track record in generalist HR experience covering different parts of HR 
  • Hands-on and solution oriented mentality balanced with strong delivery focus
  • Pro-active and service-oriented mindset with a passion to support the business in achieving their strategic goals 
  • Ability to perform in an agile, fast-paced and multi-cultural team environment 
  • High learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and push-backs
  • Affinity for IT tools – SAP Success Factors knowledge of advantage 
  • Fluent in English, any other language – especially German – is beneficial
  • Willingness to travel to our plants/mills (ca. 30%)

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Wien
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
  • Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 45,351.18 gross / year on a full-time basis.
