Your mission

Proper and timely completion of all tasks within Accounts Payable
Ensure the accuracy of incoming receipts
Independent processing of ongoing bookkeeping (bank, credit card billing, dunning, etc.) and asset accounting
Creation of evaluations/reports for internal and external recipients
Contact person for internal and external accounting questions
General administrative tasks

Your profile

Sound commercial training (HAK,HLW or FH)
2+ years of experience in financial accounting
Basic knowledge of tax law and SAP knowledge is an advantage
Excellent MS-Office skills, above all in Excel
Knowledge of SAP FI is an advantage
Excellent command of English is required, German and any other language is an asset

Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna
Duration: unlimited contract
Extent: part-time, 20 hours / week, all-in contract
We offer a compensation package starting at € 40.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
