Your mission

  • initiate and lead “energy excellence” projects and work streams in order to support our organisation to follow a systematic approach to achieve continuous improvement of energy performance
  • identify and prioritise improvement levers with mill experts across the “energy flow”
  • support the optimization of the overall energy portfolio across all Business Units (BU) and the BU’s development of roadmaps
  • provide technical and managerial content
  • communicate project results to stakeholders effectively
  • act as a successful change agent to support transformation efforts within our production plants

 

Your profile

  • 2+ years professional experience in energy management
    • Coming from a complex and multinational environment we consider an advantage
    • Proven track record of achievements in energy and change management
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in Energy Engineering
    • Knowledge of CHP Systems and renewable energy technologies is regarded an advantage
    • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification, energy audit experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of cost and energy savings studies and their implementation
  • Ability to assess energy management systems' performance in a structured manner 
  • An analytical mindset with a pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • A passion for automation and digitisation of manual tasks/processes/systems 
  • As a person we expect you to be a team player with a smart and positive approach having excellent skills in Communication and negotiation, project and change management, time and priorities management 
  • Excellent command of English, we consider German or other languages a plus
  • Availability to travel frequently (up to 60%)

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
