Your mission
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Digital function within the Group Communication team. We’re on a journey to revitalise our digital communication, with ambitions to enhance our output. In this role you will:
- Support the re-launch of mondigroup.com, working with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement a comprehensive website content strategy and associated governance that supports the company's purpose, strategy, and brand voice.
- Manage the creation, publishing, and updating of website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless process of updating website content.
- Measure and analyse website traffic and engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve and evolve the website content strategy.
- Manage external content contributors and agencies.
Your profile
- Experience using content management systems (preferably Optimizely/Episerver, website analytics tools, and search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English, German, or other European language is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of creating and executing successful website content.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web design and technology trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proactive team player who can also work independently.

- We offer a compensation package starting at € 45.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week)
