Your mission

collaborating with the business and IT stakeholders to elaborate on the requirements and being early involved in
the solution design and estimations
creative idea generator, innovation driver and end2end processes thinker for all digital touchpoints
analysing main business processes and requirements and translating into IT solutions
control and coordination of digital projects with external agencies and the Digital IT Team
customizing and developing, documenting and maintaining (parts of) the SAP solutions, based on current design methods
and techniques, in order to ensure that the product runs according to the specifications
testing, analysing test results and repairing new IT solutions in a development, test and production environment, in order
to develop an IT solution that can be implemented
training key users, ensuring the availability of training and support material

Your profile

understanding how the IT solution supports the Business process E2E
knowledge and active experience in dealing with digital customer platforms
experience in the area of Sales and Marketing, and E-Commerce
basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
application knowledge of SAP CX products desired
good communication skills in English and German
completed studies at a specialized university or college
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
communicative team player with commitment, solution-oriented approach
analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data
organizational talent - structured working method combined with a high quality standard

Our offer

Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna - Take a virtual walk through our office!
Duration: unlimited contract
Extent: part-time or full-time possible, 24-38 hours/week, all-in contract
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
