Your mission:
- You will be part of SPEED S/4HANA Project, taking part in roll-outs in CrS Plants, validating provided system solutions and guiding Controlling Key Users to ensure successful implementations.
- You will be part of a team which will consist of 8-9 colleagues who will support / develop / maintain all central released systems.
- Second level support for CrS plants in Controlling and take a leading role in knowledge transfer and sharing good practices on the tools and processes.
- Implementing new CO-Concept in all CrS plants (account based – margin analysis).
- Align roll out road map with BPO´s and leader in own E2E Process.
- Act as unique point of contact for local requirements and processes.
- Verify correctness of functionalities in CO systems (like: S/4HANA, COCA Light, BW, WPPro/ Workflow, SAC reports).
- Be part and drive Business segment projects of CO process and execute and follow up them in the plants.
- Close contact with your CO BPO and IM counterpart.
- Lead internal audits and verify process handling in CrS plants.
- Creation of guidelines based on implemented solutions. Continuously update process map, handbook and modelling standards.
- Mapping of all CO processes and process variants in process management tool.
- Contribute to embrace an organisational culture with a strong transformational mind-set.
- Besides of core E2E Process, each PEE will support another stream.
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Economics).
- Experience as SAP, BW key user the advantage.
- Experience with COMPASS.
- Excellent command of English, in addition German is advantage.
- Deep Knowledge in SAP in the controlling processes.
- E2E Process thinking and capability to manage complexity.
- Project-, Change- and People Management skills.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, mind-set and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex topics in an understandable, accurate way.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Technical interest advantageous.
- Proactive approach towards information sourcing and solution driven personality.
- High level of self-motivation and strong team spirit.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and performance driven work environment.
- Readiness to travel (up to 30% during roll outs). Immediate start date.
