Your mission

Working in the global Center of Excellence (CoE) Reward team, reporting to the CoE Reward Manager, with responsibility for the following Reward related tasks:

  • supporting the yearly global reward process cycle (annual compensation review, bonus calculation and target setting, Mondi share programme administration) 
  • giving guidance and support to all relevant stakeholders on reward topics
  • supporting the content on the digital reward tools for Compensation and Variable Pay (SuccessFactors)
  • supporting the further roll-out of reward related digital tools, acting as the interface and collaborator with the Digital#HR Project Team
  • ensuring high reward data quality through close collaboration with the global HR community
  • preparing salary surveys and supporting job evaluation for benchmarking activities
  • participating in strategic reward projects 


Your profile

  • 3 years of professional experience in an international HR environment with knowledge in Reward
  • SAP / Success Factors knowledge considered an advantage but not critical
  • university degree in Economics or Management/Business Studies 
  • fluent in English, good command of German considered a plus
  • passion for analytics & data quality
  • excellent MS-Office skills with specific focus on Excel
  • proven ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a dynamic team
  • effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • accuracy, attention to details and deadline-oriented 
  • open-minded with a hands-on mentality
  • able to interact, cooperate and build effective relationships with colleagues across different countries


Our offer

  • Location: Group Office Vienna (AT)
  • Start date: as soon as possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification
