Your mission:

  • Supporting our fun, diverse and inclusive team across a wide range of projects, e.g. preparing presentations and multimedia assets  
  • Getting involved in and learning about digital marketing  
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects 
  • Managing and uploading content on our intranet and external websites  
  • Community management assistance for the internal Social Media Platform 
  • Organising internal and external meetings and training sessions 
  • Delivering a range of administrative activities  

 

Your profile:

  • Interest in marketing and communication  
  • First experience in the field of marketing/project management would be an advantage but not necessary  
  • Ongoing studies, ideally in a related field 
  • Very good English skills 
  • Proactive, communicative and structured mindset 

 

Our offer

  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna 
  • Duration: up to 18 months  
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 1.880 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
