Your mission

  • Understand business needs and pain points regarding commercial processes (pricing, customer sentiment, market mapping, opportunities, business intelligence, etc.)
  • Independent identification of process improvement potentials
  • Analyses of as-is commercial processes
  • Develop and innovate state of the art to-be processes
  • Take leadership in tool development
  • Share best practise between business segments
  • Take people along on the chance journey
  • Collaborates with many stakeholders

 

Your profile

  • Commercial experience in one of the following businesses: Packaging or technical papers, consumer packaging or other packaging
  • Advanced knowledge as a user or project experience with digital CX tools such as CRM, lead management, ecommerce, business intelligence or similar advanced commercial tools
  • Entrepreneurship with a growth mind-set and a dynamic working style
  • High performance with flexible behaviour and self-reflection
  • Enjoy to collaborate with international and diverse teams
  • Act as a team player as well as team leader depending on demands
  • Communicate openly and directly
  • Develop and implement strategies together with teams

 

Our offer

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 80,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
