Your mission:

  • Sales and Business Development covering the complete paper portfolio of Mondi Uncoated Fine Paper with a special focus on high-speed inkjet treated papers
  • Maintain sales relations with established customer base and grow our business with these customers
  • Identify (market map) and drive growth opportunities with potential customers in several customer segment which are driven by high-speed inkjet printing technology
  • Conduct print tests with customers
  • Act as paper consultant towards our customer base
  • Independent preparation of offers and tenders
  • Product trainings and seminars with customers
  • Strong collaboration with local sales team, our backselling and customer service teams
  • Internal reporting based on CRM Tool


Your profile:

  • Education: Degree in a business or technical related subject
  • Experience: min 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development, experience in printing / paper / packaging industry is preferred
  • Experience in publishing and book production and with international acting companies of advantage
  • Good technical understanding, openness to work in new technology fields and willingness to learn
  • Strong presentation skills and good skills with Microsoft-Office
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured working approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams as well as business focus
  • Strong customer focus, hands on mentality and a positive attitude to getting things done
  • Languages: German and English - business fluent, any additional European language of advantage (French)
