Your responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Mondi’s Brand Identity guidelines, governance frameworks, and brand assets
- Provide expert consultancy on brand implementation across functions to ensure consistent and cohesive execution at all touchpoints
- Oversee and optimise digital asset management using Celum, including governance and coordination of key users and platform features
- Coordinate external creative agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand output across graphic design, photography and video production
- Apply strong graphic design and creative skills to create assets internally and support brand storytelling across internal and external channels
- Partner with business units and Group functions to coordinate and support the Mondi Customer Survey, ensuring alignment with brand and communication goals
Our requirements:
- Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a corporate or multi-stakeholder environment or agency
- Strong understanding of brand governance, identity systems, and cross-channel implementation
- Hands-on experience with digital asset management platforms (Celum or similar)
- Excellent creative and graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling capabilities
- Ability to manage external agencies and provide clear creative direction and feedback
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing brand documentation and digital assets
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels
Languages:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English required
- German and other language skills are an additional asset
Education:
- University degree (bachelor’s, master’s degree or equivalent) in communication, advertising, marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant experience in communication, marketing and/or graphic design
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in branding, communication or marketing areas for an international organisation or agency environment
Other:
- Willingness to travel
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
