Application Engineering Platform Leader (f/m/x)

Your mission:

  • “Facilitate”: bringing the segment platform of Technical Solution Managers to life and making the collaborative aspect an integral part of the members’ daily responsibilities (~ 30-35 Technical Solutions Managers across the business unit Flexible Packaging).
  • “Enable and Empower”: making sure that there exist defined ways of working to enable effective and efficient collaboration where everybody participates, contributes, and takes advantage.
  • "Inspire": creating a collaborative mindset of ‘togetherness’, where sharing, discussing, co-creating, solving challenges together, ‘give and take’, etc. is becoming part of the teams DNA.

 

Your profile:

  • Min. 10 years of professional experience.
  • Higher education, preferably university degree or similar.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Engaged, cooperative and inspiring but humble personality (‘giving glory to others’).
  • Majority of business life spent in sales / customer-facing roles.
  • Explicit customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to connect the dots.
  • Ability to listen to details without losing the big picture.
  • Positive, curious, and forward-looking personality who is driven by making things better, easier, faster, more efficient.
  • Technical understanding is helpful, but explicitly NOT a technical expert.
  • Industry / Mondi knowledge is a big advantage.

  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract 
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 47.021 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills, and qualification.
