MMS Manager

The purpose of the job is to sustainiably deploye MMS Standars on site. Your role to:

• Serve as a member of the site leadership team to collaboratively set strategies; generate master plan activities, employee engagement activities, and loss elimination ideas; and ensure the target results are delivered.
• Develop the cultural vision that provides the foundation for the MMS journey at the site.
• Manage, supervise, and monitor the implementation of the MMS plans, tools (i.e PDCA and step up cards), methodologies and pillars, assessing reviews and audit successes against the expectations. Managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of the progress.
• Be the change agent within a site leadership team, increasing the MMS knowledge and engagement on all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site utilizing MMS.
• Build the capability of site leaders to implement MMS systems, tools, methodologies, capabilities, and standards, ensuring they are used. Providing coaching, training, and development.
• Lead process reliability (PR), including maintaining measurement standards, coaching on improvement plans and strategies, training, coaching, and monthly reporting.
• Establish and maintain plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and visual plant tools.
  Develop operating objectives, goals, strategies, and measures for the site, and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.
