Your mission:

  • Together with the team, you work on the implementation of international M&A projects
  • Plan and implement the integration of new IT organizations into the Mondi IM infrastructures
  • Plan, design and further develop IT infrastructures of our Mondi companies
  • Concept and coordinate optimizations in the IT processes within the framework of the projects
  • Support local IT organizations in the analysis and solution of technical problems
  • Coordinate internal and external partners, service providers and suppliers within the framework of the defined projects
  • Analyze requirements, plan and buy hardware, software and services in close coordination with local IT / management
  • Manage special projects
  • Be the contact person for Mondi IT administrators
  • Document all parts of the project and your time expenditure
     

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in the field of IT infrastructures
  • 1-2 years of experience in M&A is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Educational background in IT (studies or higher eduction)
  • Knowledge of/experience in the following areas: Active Directory, Windows server, virtualization environments, network environments, topologies
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work in a team and with different cultures
  • Analytical mindset, high sense of responsibility, flexibility and good understanding of economic processes in a company
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Very good English skills

 

Our offer:

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna, or 3363 Ulmerfeld-Hausmening
  • Duration: unlimited contract
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
  • Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 34,131.30 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
