We are looking for a motivated and ambitious National Key Account Manager to support and grow strategic relationships with clients in the packaging industry. In this role, you will work closely with senior colleagues to manage key accounts, identify client-specific packaging needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, innovative, and sustainable paper-based packaging solutions. Your mission:
- Support the management and growth of key accounts in the packaging sector, building strong client relationships.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Learn to understand client needs related to packaging materials, sustainability, and performance.
- Assist in developing a pipeline of NKA customers in the Central Europe region (including Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, UK).
- Contribute to lead and pipeline management to help deliver on sales targets.
- Research and explore new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives for corrugated packaging solutions.
- Monitor customer and market data to inform sales activities and product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, R&D, logistics) to deliver innovative and environmentally responsible solutions.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Interest in developing sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to learn from data and market trends.
- Team player, proactive, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly (50%) across Central Europe and Europe.
