Your mission:
- Cultivate new customer relationships within the Flexible Packaging Industyrial Bags domestic sector by providing value-added solution sales to meet their specific needs.
- Develop solutions to increase profitable sales and acquire new clients prioritising value over volume
- Strengthen sales efforts and expand existing customer to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth.
- Manage the domestic sales Team and maintain through communication with clients and projects through our CRM tool, ensuring accurate and timely updates, and providing comprehensive monthly reports and visit summaries
- Drive the adoption of sustainable product offerings among existing customers
- Represent the company at local exhibitions, leveraging these platforms to showcase products, network with industry peers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Engage in continuous learning and development by participating in available trainings on products, innovations, and sales tools to stay informed and competitive in the market.
Your profile:
- Education background in Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, specializing in flexible packaging for Industrial bags domestic market
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Italy
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized team leader and adept at reporting.
