Your Mission:

As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the procurement function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering insightful spend, demand, and supplier performance analyses to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of regular reports, including cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and supplier KPIs.
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency in SAP/BW systems.
  • Promoting the effective use of procurement tools and systems.
  • Assisting with data collection and reporting for targeted procurement campaigns.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of procurement analytics tools and processes.
     

Your Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical team player with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level).
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other procurement/finance systems is a plus.
  • Well-organised, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Interest in Business Intelligence and digital procurement solutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

  • Location: Preferably based in Slovakia or Poland.
  • Contract: Full-time, all-in contract.
  • Duration: Two-year maternity leave replacement with potential for extension.
